Intertek expands in US and commits to ZDHC

CHICAGO - Intertek, a UK-based total quality assurance provider, has expanded its textile testing capabilities in the USA with the launch of new services for the fast-growing activewear sector, which will be located at a company-owned facility in Illinois. Furthermore, the company has also committed to the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) programme and says it will work with retailers and brands to achieve their goal of cleaning up the textile industry supply chain.
