REINACH – Colour and specialty chemicals company Archroma has acquired all remaining minority shares in textile dye business, M. Dohmen. Archroma, which increased its ownership in the company only in May – from 49 to 75 per cent – has now acquired the entire business as it looks to establish itself as a global leader in the production of textile dyes for the automotive, carpet and apparel.
