PRATTELN – Archroma has completed the acquisition of Huntsman Textile Effects, which adds approximately 2,300 employees in 33 countries and 10 production sites to the Swiss-headquartered chemical firm.
Archroma Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Heike van de Kerkhof called the transaction a “merger of equals”, with highly complementary product portfolios and it will update its overall business into two operating divisions for growth, each focused on a separate end market.
