SAN FRANCISCO – Levi Strauss says it is trialling 3D printing for its denim jackets, as it aims to demonstrate its commitment to sustainability. Paul Dillinger, Levi Strauss’ head of global product innovation, is working with the Autodesk Pier 9 digital printing workshop in San Francisco, California experimenting with the 3D printing of a denim jacket prototype.
