ANN ARBOR – Spider silk-based fibre producer Kraig Biocraft Laboratories has announced today that it is finalising details of its first shipment of recombinant spider silk silkworm eggs to Vietnam.
In July this year the company opened a new facility in the Quang Nam province of Vietnam for its subsidiary, Prodigy Textile Co., in hopes of capitalising on the country’s rich silk industry infrastructure.
