UXBRIDGE – Industrial thread manufacturer Coats has been given the all clear to finalise the acquisition of high-performance yarn manufacturer Pharr HP.
The deal was first announced back in November but has since been the subject of regulatory approval. With that now passed, Pharr will merge for a sum estimated to be in the region of US$37m.
