LENZING - Speciality fibres group Lenzing AG has approved proposals from its management board to establish a subsidiary in Thailand. The group now aims to complete the construction of a new Lyocell fibre production plant in the Prachinburi province. The planned production facility will be constructed on the basis of the latest state-of-the-art technology and will feature a capacity of up to 100,000 tons annually. Construction is scheduled for completion by the end of 2020.
