DELAWARE – Technical textile supplier Gore Fabrics, which owns the Gore-Tex brand, has joined the Fashion for Good initiative as an affiliate partner.

Gore Fabrics, which recently announced the creation of a thinner PFC-free membrane to reduce its carbon footprint, said it looked forward to cross-industry collaboration through the partnership.

“We are thrilled to be joining the Fashion for Good community. At Gore Fabrics Division we are always looking for advanced materials and new technologies that enable us to push boundaries," said Craig Lindemann, sustainability technologist at Gore Fabrics.
