FREMONT – Digital printing company Electronics For Imaging (EFI) has appointed Dr. Douglas Edwards as its new chief technology officer (CTO).
Edwards joins from British print firm Xaar and takes the role previously held by EFI stalwart Ghilad Dziesietnik, who retired after 24 years with the business.
“Doug possesses one of the best technological backgrounds in our industry, and combines technology with demonstrated business accomplishments,” said EFI Chairman and CEO Jeff Jacobson.
