ANN ARBOR – Spider silk-based fibre producer Kraig Biocraft Laboratories has welcomed the first biological engineer to its R&D department.
The new hire brings extensive experience working with spider silks and will work directly with Kraig’s chief scientist. The unnamed addition is already developing new and transgenics and providing input in shaping the direction the company’s research is headed.
