ARZIGNANO – Gruppo Mastrotto, a producer of 21 million square metres of bovine leather a year, has announced that it will implement Lectra’s Versalis digital cutting technology at its sites in Mexico and Tunisia. The Italian firm – which operates in Arizgnano, Europe’s largest leather tanning district – produces high-quality leather for footwear, garments and furniture among other things.
