TEHRAN – Irantex 2017 saw Swiss textile machinery manufacturers exhibit in their own pavilion on Iranian soil for the first time in over a decade.
Following last year’s symposium, also held in Tehran, which had begun to rebuild trading relationships damaged massively by international sanctions, the event proved “an excellent follow-up to our Iran symposium in 2016,” according to the Swissmem general secretary.
