STONY BROOK – Feather and down supplier Navarpluma has partnered with molecular tagging technologies specialist Applied DNA (ADNAS) in an exclusive agreement that introduces the latter’s authentication system to the global down and feather supply chain.

Applied DNA’s unique molecular authentication system has found success throughout the textile supply chain to date, having partnered with the likes of American & Efird and Taiwanese manufacturer TexRay over recent years.

The US firm’s SigNature DNA system will now be leveraged by Spanish manufacturer Navarpluma, which will be able to trace and authenticate its stock from farm to final product.
