WISCONSIN – More than 500 Delta Air Lines employees have filed a class-action lawsuit against apparel manufacturers Lands’ End, as they say the uniforms they’ve worn since May 2018 are “toxic” and have been the cause of a wide range of health issues from respiratory problems and nose bleeds to headaches and hair loss.

The lawsuit filed to the Western District of Wisconsin Court insists the uniforms: “pose an ongoing, unreasonable risk of physical harm,” and threaten employees with “serious health problems because of an allergic and/or sensitisation response.”
