WEINHEIM - Technical textiles specialist Freudenberg Performance Materials has launched the apparel industry’s first 100% recycled thermoplastic elastomer (rTPE) interlinings.
The company says they can be used in a variety of ways - from lightweight knitwear in leggings and sports bras to stretchy heavier fabrics, such as denim, maternity clothes or casual wear.
Freudenberg claims the new interlinings offer sustainability without compromising quality, and exceptional elasticity for recycled materials.
