SATEO – A digital apparel sizing tool is helping US apparel brand Dickies reduce returns and improve its efficiency.

Since May of last year, the Californian outfit has adopted 3DLook’s sizing widget online, which enables customers to upload two images – from the front and the side – to generate more accurate sizing suggestions.  

“With size selection being a big barrier to purchase, our fit solution for Dickies produced results that deliver to the demands of their shoppers,” the technology provider’s chief executive, Whitney Cathcart, said.
