ATLANTA – The opening day of this year’s Techtextil North America has seen visitors and exhibitors alike stress the importance of textile innovations and functional garment developments in the US. “Shows like Techtextil allow us to hear from our providers and suppliers based in America, which in turn gives us the opportunity to constantly work alongside their demands,” noted Cruz Ortiz, export manager at Textiles Technicos, a Mexican supplier of aramid fibres in industrial safety apparel (Booth #2806).
