POMPANO BEACH - JLL PB Holding LLC, the parent company of ballistics gear and related protective solutions provider, Point Blank Enterprises (PBE), has announced the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Short Bark Industries, a certified Berry Amendment compliant manufacturer of tactical and strategic gear and uniforms for various branches of the U.S. military, including the U.S. Army, Navy and Marine Corps.
