OBERTSHAUSEN – Karl Mayer has bought flat knitting machine builder Stoll, a deal which will see the creation of a company that can offer the industry the latest in both warp and weft knitting technology. The deal was signed on 26 February 2020, and the Stoll Group is to be part of the Karl Mayer Group from 1 July 2020.
