REINACH – Archroma, has acquired a controlling interest in M. Dohmen SA group, which specialises in textile dyes and chemicals for the automotive, carpet and apparel industries. The Swiss-based supplier says it has bought 26 per cent of the German specialist which takes it controlling stake to 75 per cent of the organisation.
