LEEDS – After a stellar opening year, the Future Fashion Factory (FFF) initiative – which vies to accelerate the implementation of innovative technologies across UK industry – welcomed more than 100 guests to its one year showcase, at which it was able to reflect on its work to date and look ahead to further progress.

The FFF has welcomed its 100th industry partner and issued its second call for funding, with which it allocates capital investment to bolster the ambitions of select companies, over recent months to cap off its first year in business.

Last week, the initiative’s organisers from the University of Leeds, the University of Huddersfield and the Royal College of Art convened its collaborators to celebrate its progress.
