USTER – Swiss quality control company Uster Technologies will showcase its latest tester for filament yarns at Techtextil 2017, the trade show for technical textiles and nonwovens, to be held in Frankfurt next month. The '6-C800' operates at a test speed of 800 m/min, and when running on the automatic setting, the high sample throughput rate gives improved detection of quality exceptions. The result, Uster says, is lower labour costs and improved quality control.
