HANGZOU – Chinese software developer Style3D has announced the acquisition of fashion technology firm Assyst for an undisclosed sum.
The deal gives Style3D a foothold in the European market, as the key markets for Assyst’s solutions include Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
“We are delighted to become part of the Style3D family,” Hans Peter Hiemer, managing director of Assyst said. “We’re looking forward to better serving the needs of the global fashion market together.”
